Roman Palchikov
Head of the fund
Roman Palchikov was born on April 26, 1979 in Kharkiv. A citizen of Ukraine.
Education: 2001 – Fire Safety Academy of Ukraine, specialty “Fire Safety”, qualification level “Master”.
2008 – Open International University of Human Development “Ukraine”, specialty “Legal Science” qualification level “specialist”.
2019 – National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, specialty “Public Management and Administration”, qualification level “Master of Public Administration”.
From 2001 to 2022, he served in the ranks of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine, and the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations
He held positions from the state inspector of fire supervision to the head of the department of technical regulation and normative work of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
