Biography of the head of the Foundation
Roman Palchikov was born on April 26, 1979 in Kharkiv. A citizen of Ukraine.
Education: 2001 – Fire Safety Academy of Ukraine, specialty “fire safety”, qualification level “master”.
2008 – Open International University of Human Development “Ukraine”, specialty “Legal Science” qualification level “specialist”.
2019 – National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, specialty “Public Management and Administration”, qualification level “Master of Public Administration”.
From 2001 to 2022, he served in the ranks of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine, and the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations.
He held positions from the state inspector of fire supervision to the head of the department of technical regulation and normative work of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
The last project is the regulation of legislative and construction regulations regarding the demining of territories affected by hostilities.
He is currently retired with the rank of colonel.
Married. Wife – Natalia, daughters – Anna and Veronika.
Areas of activity of BO “BF “First Fund for the Restoration of Ukraine”:
- assistance in humanitarian demining of the territories of Ukraine;
- rebuilding and restoring the infrastructure of Ukraine;
- stimulation of economic growth and development of the economy of Ukraine;
- assistance to the civilian population affected by the war;
- popularization of Ukrainian culture at the international level;
- support of talented youth.
